Academic Account Executive

• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (3x quota coverage within 90 days, 4 to 5x by 180 days). • Become deeply knowledgeable in our products and technologies so you can explain them clearly and simply to target buyers. • Quickly research prospect accounts, identify target buyers and opportunities, and close them. • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring clean data and timely, reliable sales forecasts.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling SaaS or software solutions to senior technical buyers. If you have not sold SaaS or software, please do not apply.
- Proven success achieving sales quota multiple years in a row at the same company.
- Experience closing new customers with an average order value of at least $5K to $20K.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach or SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Smart, curious salespeople who ask strong questions, use data to make decisions, and are self-motivated.

• Build Account Call Plans and/or Miller Heiman Blue Sheets for strategic deals and update them throughout the sales cycle • Act as a subject matter expert by staying current on radiology, imaging workflow, and industry trends • Partner closely with Marketing and Inside Sales to develop leads, campaigns, and prospecting strategies • Represent the company at key industry conferences such as RSNA, SIIM, and additional radiology associations • Work in Salesforce daily to manage contacts, activities, and opportunities • Consistently meet or exceed your annual new business sales targets • Maintain a healthy pipeline at 3–5×quota • Forecast opportunities accurately using our structured sales process
• Serve as an Account Executive for middle-market commercial P&C accounts • Handle all aspects of client lifecycle: marketing, placement, coverage analysis, endorsements, and compliance • Collaborate with producers to craft renewal strategies and deliver insights that drive retention and growth • Apply technical expertise to navigate complex coverage structures and negotiate with carriers • Partner with engineers to integrate automation and AI into client service workflows • Uphold and evolve Arvor’s client service playbook • Provide feedback to product/engineering to shape new tools • Pilot new AI-driven systems, sharing insights on usability and impact • Model curiosity, adaptability, and precision in every aspect of work
