• Manage workstreams within client engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact. • Support the development of project strategies that align with client goals. • Conduct structured, data-driven analysis to understand client challenges and develop actionable insights. • Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders at the working and manager level. • Create clear, compelling deliverables and contribute to client presentations that distill complex analyses into actionable insights. • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client counterparts. • Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement through strong delivery and insight generation.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in life sciences consulting or relevant roles in biopharma, medtech, or diagnostics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience supporting complex projects and contributing to client relationship management, ideally within the life sciences sector (Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, etc.).
- Comfort working with AI tools and large language models (LLMs), including the ability to craft effective prompts and integrate these tools into day-to-day problem-solving and project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving and comfort working with data to generate insights.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a way that resonates with both internal teams and client stakeholders.
