Collection Agent
Quant (QQuant Master Servicer Servicing of Loans and Credits Single Member S.A)
• High-quality inbound/outbound communication with bank debtors; • Identification of customer’s needs and payment ability; • Agreement on a repayment plan of customer's debt, in accordance with the corresponding policy; • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Job Requirements
- Permanent residence outside Attica;
- Proven professional experience in a similar position in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer will be considered an asset;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Results orientation, accountability and self-drive to deliver a consistently strong performance;
- Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment;
- Good command of English;
- Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset;
- Efficient computer skills and the ability to multitask.
