• Partner with product on user research initiatives: You will assist in planning and executing comprehensive research strategies with internal and external stakeholders to uncover deep insights into user behaviors and pain points. • End-to-end design ownership: Translate complex workflows into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specifications. • Data-driven iteration: Define usability testing strategies, analyze metrics/feedback, and iterate designs to continuously improve product usability and satisfaction. • Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to advocate for the user, ensure design feasibility, and oversee high-quality implementation. • Design system management: Contribute to and help maintain the company design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. • Industry innovation: Stay ahead of UX trends, construction technology advancements, and SaaS best practices to keep our product competitive.

• Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product surfaces, from early concept through final delivery. • Translate complex AI-driven capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. • Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across products. • Design for emerging UX patterns in a fast-moving AI landscape, informed by market research and competitive analysis. • Manage multiple projects in parallel while delivering at speed without compromising design quality. • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing stakeholders from ideation through launch. • Rapidly prototype concepts and flows to validate ideas before full implementation. • Provide clear, constructive feedback during design reviews and contribute to raising overall design standards. • Actively participate in open design discussions, welcoming feedback and contributing thoughtful challenges when appropriate. • Support rapid experimentation and A/B testing through iterative design updates.

• User-Centered Design: Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. • Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools to test and validate ideas. • Visual Design: Deliver high-quality UI designs that align with Reely’s branding while ensuring accessibility and usability standards. • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively and meet both user and client goals. • Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify pain points and continuously refine design solutions. • Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across platforms. • Trends & Tools: Stay up to date with design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies to enhance user experiences.

• Own end-to-end design for key product areas, driving impact from early discovery through launch and iteration. • Lead discovery and research efforts to define problems, uncover opportunities, and inform product strategy. • Influence product direction by partnering with product and engineering to make strategic tradeoffs and prioritize the highest-impact work. • Design clear, scalable interaction and visual patterns that simplify complex enterprise workflows. • Raise the quality and consistency of design through strong craft and critique. • Mentor designers and cross-functional partners through feedback, collaboration, and modeling effective design practices. • Advocate for users at both the product and organizational level, grounding decisions in research, data, and real customer needs.
