Staff Software Engineer, Marketing Systems
Sequel Med Tech
• Partner directly with Marketing, Product, and Business stakeholders to design, build, and operate our marketing and related web experience stack. • Own end-to-end engineering across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CMS platforms (Webflow), and data pipelines/analytics, ensuring reliable delivery, accurate measurement, and compliant handling of customer data. • Serve as subject matter expert on feature design and implementation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, demonstrating increasing technical breadth and responsibility.
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and training on enterprise email marketing platforms (SFMC preferred).
- 5+ years of experience implementing SFMC solutions including complex and cross-feature implementations.
