• Als Honorartrainer:in der WBS TRAINING vertrittst du dein Fachgebiet mit Leidenschaft und Weitblick • Im Vordergrund steht das Ziel der Kompetenzentwicklung der Kursteilnehmenden • Unterrichtsgestaltung sowohl als Inputgeber:in als auch Unterstützung in der Rolle einer Lernbegleiter:in Lernen 4.0 • Fachbezogener Unterricht aus dem Homeoffice im WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Anwendung verschiedener Lehrmethoden für die Unterrichtsgestaltung • Anleitung von Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten am Empfang und Rezeption in der Hotellerie beispielhaft näher zu bringen • Vorbereitung und Gestaltung unterrichtsbezogener Lernmaterialien nach Curriculum • Durchführung von Kompetenzzuwachsmessungen
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelgewerbe (z. B. Hotelkaufmann -frau, Front Office Agent, Assistent:in Hotelmanagement, etc.)
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Hotelbranche
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Hotelsoftware protel
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz
- unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- erste Erfahrungen in der internen Schulung, Weiterbildung oder Vermittlung von Fallbeispielen
- Pädagogische Eignung (AEVO)
- methodisch-didaktisches Geschick in der Vermittlung von Lehrinhalten
- selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise bei hoher Eigenverantwortlichkeit
