Your goal is to make Wingz the trusted, reliable carrier in your market, so brokers route more trips to us. • Commit to trip completion. Once a trip is assigned to Wingz, you own it. Coordinate with drivers, monitor trips in progress, and resolve issues quickly so every member gets to their appointment safely and on time. • Onboard new drivers into the Wingz partnership. Walk them through every requirement, procedure, and process, documentation, background checks, vehicle readiness, so they can confidently join the NEMT industry as a Wingz partner driver. • Activate inactive drivers. Make the calls, understand what's holding them back, and get them back on the road. • Drive partner-driver success. Be the human point of contact our drivers can count on. Build loyalty, prevent churn, and grow retention in your market, because every retained driver is one we don't have to replace. • Help drivers grow their daily earnings. Where needed, coordinate trip assignments and dispatch so your drivers see consistent, meaningful daily income. Strong earnings are what keep drivers partnered with Wingz long-term. • Step into adjacent responsibilities as the team scales, operations support, dispatch backup, training new hires, and wherever the business needs you most. • Bring market-level insights back to the wider Wingz team to inform how we improve.

• Review medical records, imaging studies, and other documentation related to orthopedic injuries and conditions • Prepare comprehensive written reports and expert opinions based on medical record review and examination findings • Conduct thorough medical examinations of plaintiffs/defendants as requested • Provide expert testimony at depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings via telephone, video conference, or in-person appearance • Collaborate with attorneys to provide medical expertise and strategic insights • Stay current with medical literature, research, and developments in orthopedic medicine and surgery • Maintain detailed time records and submit accurate invoices in accordance with company procedures • Out-of-state travel may be required with short notice for testimony and examinations

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of ERP systems (NetSuite, Certinia, or similar platforms) • Configure ERP modules across finance, accounting, PSA, billing, revenue recognition, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes • Translate financial and business requirements into scalable ERP system designs • Design and build custom solutions using platform tools, scripting, and extensions (NetSuite SuiteScript, Certinia configuration tools, etc.) • Develop and support integrations with CRM, banking, billing, payroll, and third-party systems • Perform data migration, cleansing, mapping, and validation from legacy systems • Build reports, dashboards, and financial analytics to support FP&A and operational reporting • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT stakeholders to optimize ERP workflows • Provide technical leadership on ERP architecture, configuration standards, and best practices • Support testing, deployment, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization • Troubleshoot system issues and continuously enhance ERP performance and scalability

• Partner with older adults to assess nutritional needs and build personalized, evidence-based nutrition care plans • Deliver medical nutrition therapy and coaching grounded in lifestyle medicine — with a whole-food, predominantly plant-based emphasis, adapted to each patient's health, culture, and preferences • Support patients managing chronic conditions where nutrition is central (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular and renal health, weight and metabolic health) • Anchor your work in the 4 M's of Age-Friendly care — What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility — so every plan reflects what's most important to the patient • Collaborate with our broader care team — lifestyle/longevity NPs, behavioral health, and primary care coordination — to support the whole person • Help shape the clinical model itself: protocols, intake, outcome measures, and the patient experience
