Job Description

Account & Driver Partnership Specialist

Wingz

• Learn your market first. Get to know the clients, the drivers, the trip patterns, and the relationships that make your assigned market work; your fluency here is the foundation for everything else. • Build strong partnerships with our NEMT broker clients. Show up consistently, communicate clearly, and follow through every time. Your goal is to make Wingz the trusted, reliable carrier in your market, so brokers route more trips to us. • Commit to trip completion. Once a trip is assigned to Wingz, you own it. Coordinate with drivers, monitor trips in progress, and resolve issues quickly so every member gets to their appointment safely and on time. • Onboard new drivers into the Wingz partnership. Walk them through every requirement, procedure, and process, documentation, background checks, vehicle readiness, so they can confidently join the NEMT industry as a Wingz partner driver. • Activate inactive drivers. Make the calls, understand what's holding them back, and get them back on the road. • Drive partner-driver success. Be the human point of contact our drivers can count on. Build loyalty, prevent churn, and grow retention in your market, because every retained driver is one we don't have to replace. • Help drivers grow their daily earnings. Where needed, coordinate trip assignments and dispatch so your drivers see consistent, meaningful daily income. Strong earnings are what keep drivers partnered with Wingz long-term. • Step into adjacent responsibilities as the team scales, operations support, dispatch backup, training new hires, and wherever the business needs you most. • Bring market-level insights back to the wider Wingz team to inform how we improve.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience. Client relations, account management, partner success, leadership or supervisory roles, or experience handling drivers and partners at a US-based, or international transportation, rideshare, logistics, or gig-economy company (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Rappi, DiDi, Cabify, 99, iFood, PedidosYa, inDrive, Loggi, Bolt, Wolt, or similar). What matters is the underlying skill set, not the exact job title.
  • Experience working directly with US-based clients or a US-based company. You're already comfortable with US business culture, US English, and the pace of a US-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication. Clear, professional, and warm, you'll be working with US-based clients and drivers every day.
  • Tech-savvy with strong initiative to learn. Quick to pick up new platforms (CRM, dispatch software, reporting tools, AI tools), and ready to step into adjacent tasks so your market never loses momentum.
  • Available to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST). Shift schedules are set based on market and business needs; flexibility is part of the role.
  • Proven remote work experience. You've worked from home effectively before, with minimal supervision, the discipline to manage your own day, and a track record of delivering outcomes without someone over your shoulder.
  • Your own reliable computer, stable home internet, and a professional remote workspace. All work-from-home equipment is self-provided.
  • Proactive, independent, and ownership-minded. You see what needs to be done and do it. You manage your own day, take initiative without waiting for permission, and treat your market's results as your own.
  • Curious, coachable, and dedicated. You want to understand why things work, you apply feedback fast, and you measure your contribution in outcomes delivered, not hours logged.
  • Passionate about growth. You're here to grow into leadership, not to coast. You bring the energy and follow-through to earn the next role.

Benefits

  • PTO and HMO after the 120-day probationary period
  • Pay-out Frequency: Semi-monthly
  • Equipment: Self-Provide
  • Performance Bonus: Starts at approximately USD 300–700 per month on average, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
