• Build and maintain the technical infrastructure behind our public-facing research tools and technology solutions. • Own the systems that power our public-facing technology. • Execute and advise on technical strategy for new tools. • Coordinate with external technology partners to expand what our small but mighty research team can do. • Create documentation, including well-structured READMEs, clear docstrings, and data dictionaries, that make tech tools and solutions legible to colleagues and future maintainers. • Serve as the in-house technical lead for Open Connect, coordinating the development of the platform with the support of external developers, fellows, and contractors. • Support the build through launch, collecting feedback from a small set of advisors and owning ongoing maintenance. • Connect with Advocacy, Narrative, and Operations teams to understand their needs and scope an internal dashboard. • Build and maintain an internal dashboard that can both support day-to-day activities and track our organizational goals and impact metrics.

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects, building and managing detailed project timelines to ensure a smooth and transparent implementation journey • Deliver clear, proactive, and client-friendly communication at every stage, and coordinate across Technical Solutions, GIS, and Development teams to keep deliverables, dependencies, and milestones aligned • Mentor and coach Implementation Consultants through regular check-ins, project reviews, and real-time guidance on client situations • Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues, helping ICs navigate difficult conversations and unblock stalled projects • Monitor project health across the team - proactively identifying risks, resource conflicts, and capacity issues before they become problems

• Perform virtual consult/evaluation appointments with children and their families and use clinical decision making to determine need for ongoing support. • Thorough review of medical history, developmental concerns, and goals for seeking support. • Document clinically sound, personalized care plans and recommend therapy frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) • Facilitate therapy appointments with child and their caregiver(s). • Communicate clearly with caregivers and educate them on activities and exercises so they can work with their child at home. • Maintain up-to-date patient records including appointment summaries, progress monitoring, and other documentation • Utilize the platform to recommend exercises/activities that caregivers can apply in between appointments to work toward therapy goals • Work to improve the platform including review of developmental screener and associated escalation logic, expansion of exercises library, and other enhancements • Responsive to the messaging portal to answer questions from users on a predetermined cadence • Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure children and their families are receiving holistic care.
