Role Description We are seeking an experienced Futures Derivatives Trader to manage firm capital using systematic, semi-systematic, or discretionary strategies across CME, CBOT, Comex, ICE, and CFE. This role suits both point-and-click traders and those building automated frameworks. You will be expected to trade multiple products and take full responsibility for pricing, execution, and risk management. Key Responsibilities - Generate consistent positive cash flow with strict risk discipline. - Maintain exposure within firm parameters and continuously analyze and adjust strategies on market conditions and real-time performance data. - Build, deploy, and refine systematic or semi-systematic strategies. - Take full responsibility for trading decisions, PnL, and drawdowns. - Clearly describe your current stack and communicate or develop tool requirements for engineers. - Understand and manage return-on-capital and risk-adjusted performance. Qualifications - 1+ years buy-side futures trading (CME, CBOT, Comex, ICE, CFE) at a prop firm, hedge fund, or family office. - Demonstrated success in managing profitable trading strategies (spread trading, calendar spreads, curve trading, arbitrage, butterflies, etc.). - Strong understanding of risk management, money/order management, and regulatory compliance. - Consistency, structured decision-making, and strict risk discipline.
