Senior Commercial Mortgage Originator

Pinnacle Mortgage Corp.

• Develop and manage relationships with business owners, investors, and commercial real estate professionals • Originate Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Owner-Occupied, Investment Property, Construction, and Business Lending opportunities • Analyze borrower financial statements, tax returns, and credit profiles • Structure financing solutions tailored to client objectives • Present loan opportunities for underwriting and credit approval • Manage transactions from application through closing • Partner with attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and internal teams to ensure smooth closings • Build referral networks with CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate brokers, and financial advisors • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently generate new business opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Proven Commercial Loan Officer, Commercial Banker, or Business Development experience
  • Demonstrated success originating commercial loans and developing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending products and credit structures
  • Excellent networking, sales, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and structure creative financing solutions
  • Self-motivated with a strong business development mindset
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
