Guest Services Associate
Trident BPO
• Learn and proficiently use reservation software (Firefly Reservations) to manage bookings and ensure accurate record-keeping. • Follow up with residents who have incomplete checklist items, record necessary data such as license plates, site services agreements, rent payments, and background checks. • Answer phones during after-hours shifts, primarily from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM CST, and weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sundays CST. • Manage online listings on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook, promptly responding to inquiries and emails to facilitate bookings and address customer concerns. • Develop and execute Facebook advertising campaigns within a specified budget, including creating and running ads, conducting A/B tests, and responding to inquiries generated through these ads. • Utilize off-time to reach out to RV park owners from a provided database, fostering partnerships and exploring collaboration opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifting schedule.
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation, focusing on resident satisfaction.
- Skill in addressing resident concerns and handling inquiries promptly.
- Attention to detail for accurate resident data recording and effective advertising campaigns.
- Preferred experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
- Experience in RV park or property management (ex. Airbnb) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends - Wednesday to Sunday work week.
- Full-time availability, committed to a 40-hour workweek.
- Capable of maintaining a distraction-free work-from-home setup.
- Laptop or Desktop meeting the minimum specifications: 8GB RAM and i5 operating system.
- Reliable and high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
