Scheduler, Case Coordinator

ReWorks Solutions

• Coordinate and maintain client schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing and coverage for ABA services. • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and providers regarding scheduling and service-related inquiries. • Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and provider availability while minimizing service disruptions. • Track and monitor cases to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of scheduling or service issues. • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within company systems. • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery. • Generate reports and assist with administrative projects as needed. • Utilize scheduling and case management systems to support operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in client-facing case coordination, scheduling, or healthcare operations.
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preference for a more senior-level candidate with proven experience managing complex schedules and client relationships.
  • Experience using CentralReach is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and case management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems independently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualities

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Dependable, organized, and highly accountable.
  • Experience within the ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health industry is a plus.
