Field Agronomist
AgReliant Genetics, LLC
• Support local product + agronomic knowledge transfer by implementing a training plan tailored to local needs • Collaborate with ASM to build and execute team strategy • Partner with brand product manager and technical product specialist to communicate regional market and portfolio needs • Coordinate with demand managers and ASM to ensure forecast accuracy and focus demand generation efforts • Create and implement plot strategy to support sales and product characterization • Analyze harvest and agronomic data to refine product placement and management • Implement agronomy digital communication strategy • Resolve product performance concerns • Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agronomy or related field, Master’s degree preferred
- Three (3) or more years of experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid background in agriculture and/or agronomy
- Certified Crop Advisor Certification or willingness to obtain CCA preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license, meet Company MVR guidelines, and maintain CMV requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong knowledge transfer skills
- Ability to maintain customer relationships
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
