Role Description We are looking for highly motivated and mission-oriented team members to support our Federal customer. We have available positions for ServiceNow Developers, especially those with experience in supporting federal clients. These individuals will help design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow. They will also provide architectural input and help maintain stability of the overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are always used. - Work independently and as a technical team member - Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers - Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work - Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices - Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements - Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications - Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc. - Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow - Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements Qualifications - Strong familiarity and working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite of tools (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base, etc.) - Demonstrable ability to communicate and listen well with business and technical people, regardless of title, with good self-awareness - Proven developer independent of the ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, PMP/PRINCE2 practices - Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile/Scrum - Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions, application implementation and support, enterprise monitoring - Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis/modeling to help facilitate and inform management decisions Preferred Certification - ServiceNow Developer Certification Benefits - Competitive salaries - Comprehensive benefits package - 401K matching - Life insurance - Up to four weeks of paid annual leave - Transit and training compensation - Health, dental and vision benefits Company Description At Improvix Technologies, Inc., we understand the importance of secure and reliable IT solutions. • Develop comprehensive teacher manual content, including front matter, instructional units and lessons, and appendix materials. • Write and build student practice and vocabulary book content aligned to the lesson scope and sequence. • Develop both formative and summative assessment materials that measure student progress against learning objectives. • Create supplemental digital resources that extend and reinforce core instruction. • Produce class test materials and accompanying training resources to support classroom implementation. • Work with fellow developers, editors, and reviewers to maintain consistency, accuracy, and instructional quality across all components.

• Develop and maintain custom ABAP solutions, including BADIs, user exits, enhancements, and methods • Design and develop CDS Views and SAP backend functionality • Support Fiori front‑end development • Build and maintain SAP interfaces (IDoc, XML, APIs, web services) • Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements and new SAP functionality • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and system defects • Support and manage SAP transport processes and release lifecycle activities • Create and maintain technical documentation, including specs, test plans, and test data • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions • Contribute to development standards and best practices across SAP environments

• Perform system development, deployment and maintenance activities • Pursue innovation and propose improvements to the development process • Provide technical leadership • Deliver and provide training to the team • Oversee projects from requirements gathering and product definition through deployment • Ensure consistency in the team's delivery quality, considering deadlines, costs and project scope • Promote and disseminate technical and technological concepts within the team
