Role Description For one of our clients in the Pharma industry, we’re looking for a freelance Project Manager – Strategic Quality Projects: The client is initiating and driving selected strategic projects in the quality area via the Global Quality Digital transformation unit which focuses on taking over smaller, high-impact projects that prepare management decisions, define standard systems and ways of working, and enable effective execution across Quality functions. The external contractor will receive from the client all required system access, templates, contact lists, requirements, documents and any other required information to carry out the work in advance and for the duration of the services. The contractor receives only limited access to the systems in advance for the project period, just enough to enable them to provide their services independently. The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor and are based on existing expertise in project management: - Strategic Project Initiation & Delivery - Structuring of problem statements, objectives, scope, governance, timelines, and deliverables. - Creation of decision papers, management recommendations, and implementation options for strategic topics such as standard system selection. - Review of project governance to check that the goals are on track with business, Quality, IT, and relevant global stakeholders’ goals. - Creation of a comprehensive review document. - Quality Stakeholder Management & Decision Preparation - Schedule and moderate discussions with senior management, Quality leadership, Quality colleagues, and subject matter experts via Project meetings. - Translation of complex Quality, laboratory, technical, and compliance requirements into clear decision options and actionable project outcomes document. - Extraction of requirements from a case description to be able to make an informed decision for a fitting standard computer system. - Creation of document to determine scalable operating models across Quality. Deliverables: - Creation of comprehensive documentation with all results regarding the above mentioned tasks with subsequent handover to (client) for review and approval for further usage. Qualifications - Strong project management experience in pharmaceutical Quality, Quality Control, laboratory, technical operations, or regulated business environments. - Experience with cross-functional and international projects, ideally including decision preparation, standardization, system selection, or process harmonization topics. - Good understanding of Quality processes; knowledge of QC laboratory processes, Lab Planning & Scheduling (digital scheduling tools for laboratory capacity) or QA processes is an advantage. - Familiarity with validated systems, GxP principles, and regulated system landscapes. - Ability to structure ambiguous topics, develop options, and prepare decision-ready recommendations for management. - Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills across management and operational Quality teams. - Representing Global Digital Quality as bridge function between digitalization and operations. - Independent, structured, and proactive working style with the ability to create clarity in early-stage strategic topics. - Confident and credible in discussions with management, Quality leadership, Quality colleagues, and technical experts. - Suitable for an embedded external/contractor role supporting strategic Quality projects and decision preparation. - Hands-on mindset with the ability to move topics forward independently while ensuring alignment with relevant stakeholders. - English: mandatory - German: optional Requirements - Project start: ASAP - Project location: remote - Project duration: 6+ months - Capacity: 32h/week

• Planificar los proyectos de instalaciones: definición del alcance, programación y seguimiento de hitos. • Supervisar la ejecución técnica de los trabajos de frío comercial/industrial y/o climatización HVAC, garantizando cumplimiento de normativas, calidad y seguridad. • Control económico de cada proyecto: elaboración y seguimiento de presupuestos, control de desviaciones, análisis de costes (materiales, personal, subcontratistas), validación de facturación, certificaciones y cierre económico de proyecto. • Coordinación y carga de trabajo del personal técnico: asegurar que el equipo sea productivo, proactivo y cumpla con los objetivos. • Gestión de certificaciones, autorizaciones y documentación. • Reportar periódicamente al director de Operaciones sobre el estado de los proyectos. • Mejora continua: proponer y liderar iniciativas para optimizar procesos de instalación. • Actuar como enlace interno entre operaciones, compras, planificación, finanzas y equipo técnico de instalaciones.
