Mental Health Professional Trainer – Netsmart Focus
Arisa Health
• Responsible for all new hire Mental Health Professional training including Netsmart myAvatar, documentation, clinical services, crisis intervention, agency policies and procedures. • Provide clinical support and training in the Netsmart myAvatar Electronic Health Record (EHR). • Maintain and update Netsmart training materials, distribute reports to clinical leadership, and attend to support and training requests of MHPs and other clinical roles. • Make recommendations on the clinical appropriateness of correction requests that are submitted. • Provide additional support for tasks related to myAvatar as requested. • Attend the myAvatar CWS calls, utilize Netsmart Connect, and review other resources to support the clinical practices and workflow of the organization.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling or social work
- Current independent Arkansas license (PhD, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPE)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Mental Health Professional is required.
- Excellent clinical, organization, and presentation skills
- A passion for training and development of other Mental Health Professionals
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask and problem solve as needed
- The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team

• Perform measurements and analysis using CT, TEE/TTE, and clinical history to support screening activities • Build and maintain infrastructure for processing clinical imaging, inputting data, and analyzing clinical imaging • Work with cross functional teams on modeling anatomies to support testing and screening • Collaborate with engineering team on preclinical screening development activities • Provide input on clinical protocol, case report forms, and imaging protocols • Develop clinical education materials
