Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology;
- Valid professional registration with the Order of Psychologists;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field;
- Knowledge of therapy techniques and psychological interventions;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Availability to work during after-hours and weekends;
- Clinical autonomy.

• Build and maintain integrations with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and HRM systems (BambooHR, Personio, Deel, Workday) • Own the integration patterns and shared libraries for CRM/HRM connectors • Work directly with customers during onboarding to configure and troubleshoot their integrations • Document APIs and integration approaches so the team can scale knowledge • Triage and resolve integration-related production issues • Partner with Product to prioritise which connectors to build next based on customer demand
