Job Requirements
- Specialist in General and Family Medicine (mandatory)
- Active registration with the Ordem dos Médicos (Medical Association)
- Clinical experience managing patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Comfortable using digital platforms
- Previous experience in telemedicine and digital health projects (desirable, not mandatory)

• Build and maintain integrations with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and HRM systems (BambooHR, Personio, Deel, Workday) • Own the integration patterns and shared libraries for CRM/HRM connectors • Work directly with customers during onboarding to configure and troubleshoot their integrations • Document APIs and integration approaches so the team can scale knowledge • Triage and resolve integration-related production issues • Partner with Product to prioritise which connectors to build next based on customer demand
