Field Sales Representative, Jewelry Distribution

PolyTALENT JOBS

• Present and sell high-quality jewelry collections to jewelers and specialist watch and jewelry retailers. • Manage existing trade partners with a focus on sales growth, reorders and assortment expansion. • Systematically acquire new customers and expand the dealer network within your assigned sales territory. • Independently plan routes and visits, including appointment management and prioritization of high-potential customers. • Introduce new collections of rings, necklaces, bangles and earrings directly to specialist retailers. • Provide market and competitor feedback and submit weekly reports on visits, opportunities and activities. • Work closely with the internal sales team; operational order processing is handled in-house.

Job Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative or Area Sales Manager in B2B sales.
  • Industry experience in jewelry, watches, accessories, lifestyle or a comparable brand-oriented retail environment.
  • Experience supporting jewelers, specialist retailers, resellers or trade partners is a clear advantage.
  • Existing contacts in the relevant specialist trade are welcome; strong hunters from adjacent premium or consumer goods segments are also a good fit.
  • Strong closing skills, clear sales orientation and enjoyment of independent market development.
  • Professional appearance, good self-organization and reliability in customer relations.
  • Driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
