• Client Intake & Documentation Collection • Form Preparation & Filing • Communication with Clients • Liaison with Government Agencies (USCIS) • Review & Maintain Case Files • Legal Research & Assistance • Prepare for AOS Interview & Hearing • Handle RFEs (Requests for Evidence) • Prepare for AOS Denial & Appeals (If Applicable) • Work with Other Legal Professionals • Post-Filing Support (EAD, Advance Parole) • Case Closure

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Immigration Law experience.
  • Knowledge of provididing necessary documents, such as Form I-485
  • Experience with Case Management Software
