We deliver behavioral health care to Medicare beneficiaries across 49 states through a network of 200+ credentialed providers. We're hiring Registered Dietitians to help us build and deliver preventative, lifestyle, and longevity medicine, with nutrition at the heart of it. This is a ground-floor role. You won't be slotting into an existing clinic; you'll help shape one — the protocols, the patient journey, and the standard of care for online nutrition support for older adults. What you'll do: - Partner with older adults to assess nutritional needs and build personalized, evidence-based nutrition care plans. - Deliver medical nutrition therapy and coaching grounded in lifestyle medicine — with a whole-food, predominantly plant-based emphasis, adapted to each patient's health, culture, and preferences. - Support patients managing chronic conditions where nutrition is central (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular and renal health, weight and metabolic health). - Anchor your work in the 4 M's of Age-Friendly care — What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility — so every plan reflects what's most important to the patient. - Collaborate with our broader care team — lifestyle/longevity NPs, behavioral health, and primary care coordination — to support the whole person. - Help shape the clinical model itself: protocols, intake, outcome measures, and the patient experience. Qualifications - A Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, in good standing (required). - Active state licensure/certification where required to practice. - Experienced with, and energized by, caring for older adults. - A natural coach: warm, motivating, and skilled at helping people make changes that last. - Comfortable practicing via telehealth and excited by the pace of building something new. - Mission-driven, collaborative, and ready to be a key voice on our clinical team. Requirements - 1099, part-time contractor — fits alongside existing work. - Soft commitment starting around 10 hours/week, with room to grow as the patient panel builds. - We manage credentialing, scheduling, and billing — including insurance collection risk, which is ours, not yours. - Patients are primarily Medicare beneficiaries; 21+ population. • Support Project Management, Regulatory, and Contract and Legal in all site-related start-up activities. • Establish relationships with study personnel at sites and act as main Alimentiv contact during site start-up. • Prepare, distribute and follow-up on start-up documents with sites. • Plan and track site start up activities and data using designated systems and tools. • Provide reports on intelligence and metrics related to study start-up activities.

• Support Project Management, Regulatory, and Contract and Legal in all site-related start-up activities. • Establish relationships with study personnel at sites and act as main Alimentiv contact during site start-up. • Prepare, distribute and follow-up on start-up documents with sites. • Plan and track site start up activities and data using designated systems and tools. • Provide reports on intelligence and metrics related to study start-up activities. • In cooperation with Project Management create study-specific start-up document package. • Distribute and follow up with sites to obtain the required executed documents. • Review content and correctness of returned documents from the sites, in accordance with internal standards. • In conjunction with Regulatory Affairs, ensure that the correct and complete packages are obtained within the planned timelines. • In co-operation with Contract and Legal, obtain feedback on suggested site and investigator contract language. • Act as main point of contact for sites to obtain feedback on budget and contract negotiations. • In conjunction with the Project Manager, provide sites with the suggested study budget and negotiate within pre-approved margins. • Maintain site intelligence tracker with data related to specific requirements for study sites such as start-up timelines, budget, contract negotiation timelines and prerequisites, patient recruitment data etc. • Provide input for suggested site list during start-up using past experiences with potential study sites. • Act as main contact for study sites during start-up. • Develop and maintain relationships with study sites that will facilitate timely completion of start-up activities. • In conjunction with project management and CRAs, plan start-up actions and provide expected SIV dates for individual sites based on previous start-up metrics, as well as regulatory and IRB timelines. • Track progress of start-up activities in smart sheet and/or CTMS. • Maintain up to date knowledge, ensure adherence and compliance with local regulatory requirements and associated documentation. • Provide support to project management with study related activities as required.
