Job Requirements
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
- 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred)
- Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model
- Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams
- Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
- Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
