• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements • Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including: Normalized EBITDA and earnings adjustments, Revenue and margin analysis, Working capital analysis (NWC) and net debt considerations, Customer concentration, trend, and variance analyses • Prepare clear schedules and exhibits, and contribute to report writing/storytelling • Gather and organize data from client financials; streamline data requests and documentation • Collaborate with engagement leads to hit deadlines across multiple concurrent workstreams

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. • Ensure every interaction meets high-quality standards. • Provide clear solutions and manage information responsibly. • Create positive experiences that strengthen client relationships in a fully remote environment.
