Principal Engineer – Enovia Platform Admin

• Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Enovia 3DEXPERIENCE platform components (3DSpace, 3DPassport) across DEV, QA, and PROD. • Define standards for scalable and secure platform solutions. • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high reliability. • Manage system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes with Infrastructure and Operations teams. • Ensure successful database and server snapshots/backup, and recovery processes with DBA, Infrastructure and Operations teams. • Contribute to the development of disaster recovery strategies, and associated disaster recovery tabletop exercises and tests. • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and lead security audits for PLM systems. • Automate platform administration tasks using scripting and configuration management tools. • Develop automation scripts using MQL, TCL, Bash, and PowerShell for system operations and optimization. • Complete administrative tasks with scripting (batch / cron jobs, migration scripts, configuration updates). • Troubleshoot complex platform-related issues and provide root cause analysis. • Document system architectures, configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform planning and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years direct experience administering and supporting Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE environments
- Experience with Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE architecture and deployment models
- Understanding of Dassault best practice
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server system administration and shell scripting
- Experience with platform patching, upgrades, change, and release management
- Experience supporting and administering application servers (TomEE, IIS)
- Experience supporting and administering ENOVIA integration middleware platforms such as TECHNIA Integration Framework (TIF) and associated integrations with ERP, MES, PowerBI and other platforms
- Experience Oracle, MSSQL
- Understanding of JVM tuning, memory management, and application performance optimization
- Knowledge of SSL/TLS, certificates, networking, firewalls, and load balancing

Role Description Reporting to the Manager, Database Administration, the Sr Data Platform Engineer - MongoDB will provide expert-level MongoDB database design, development, maintenance, and problem resolution services for internal and external customers.
