The role requires independently driving tasks and collaborating with relevant departments to deliver high-quality operations. Email and meeting communication in English will be required, and design skills are a welcomed plus. Key Responsibilities Event Management - Planning and scheduling a wide range of events, including small- and large-scale internal events, as well as external events. - Leading booth/exhibit preparation, venue setup, event operations, and day-of execution - Coordinating with vendors, preparing materials, and creating announcement documents - Creating posters, informational materials, event-related designs, and performing photo shooting and video creation/editing using Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, or Premiere Pro (a plus if available).
