Digital Lift

• Developing lesson plans and materials to teach basic language skills to students. • Conducting online or in-person language classes for students. • Evaluating students' progress and providing feedback to help them improve. • Collaborating with other volunteers and staff members to develop effective teaching strategies. • Providing support and guidance to students to help them achieve their language learning goals. • Participating in training sessions and workshops provided by TEEI to enhance your teaching skills.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in teaching or tutoring language learners.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others in a multicultural team.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Passion for helping underprivileged communities through education.
  • Fluent in Polish.
  • Having a language teaching certificate is highly valued.
  • Good level of spoken/written English.
