Onboarding Class Coordinator
Digital Lift
• Coordinate training on classroom management and teaching techniques. • Provide guidance on organization policies and procedures. • Serve as a point of contact for new hires to answer questions and provide support. • Follow up with new hires to ensure they are fully integrated into the organization and meet their performance objectives. • Maintain accurate records of employee onboarding and training. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders involved in the onboarding process.
Job Requirements
- Experience in onboarding, training, or human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes, and implement tools and software to make workflows more efficient.
- Experience in a multicultural team is an advantage.

Translate complex sales tax and data concepts into simple, actionable explanations. Set clear expectations, provide guidance, and help clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process. • Coordinate closely with internal teams (including tax settings, filing, etc.) to ensure dependencies are understood, work is sequenced correctly, and handoffs happen on time. Act as the central source of truth for onboarding status and next steps. • Analyze large and often complex transaction datasets using Excel to understand how client data flows through systems. Create clear, practical mapping notes that explain how the client’s transactions should be categorized for tax collection and filing. Partner with internal teams to apply those mappings in our tools, and identify gaps or inconsistencies in the data so they can be resolved quickly. • Interpret sales tax-related findings and explain their implications to clients from a big-picture, consultative perspective. While you will not perform nexus analyses, you will help clients understand results, obligations, and decisions in partnership with other teams. • Continuously look for ways to improve the onboarding experience and internal workflows. Contribute ideas, document learnings, and help evolve processes so onboarding becomes smoother, faster, and more scalable over time.
