Job Requirements
- 10+ years of mainframe systems experience in large, multi-LPAR, Parallel Sysplex z/OS environments
- Expertise in real-time mainframe performance monitoring and capacity management
- Deep experience with RMF, SMF, WLM, and other mainframe performance tools
- Strong hands-on skills in REXX and JCL
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize mainframe workloads in real time
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline
- 5 years in an IT discipline
- 5 years in a Business discipline

Role Description CTG is seeking a Solution Architect I to support our client’s technology initiatives. This role focuses on designing scalable solutions, driving observability architecture, and partnering with engineering teams to deliver reliable, enterprise-level technology solutions. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months The Solution Architect I will support solution architecture efforts by translating enterprise architecture strategies into actionable designs for platforms and applications. This role will focus on observability, telemetry, monitoring, and SRE-aligned practices while collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, infrastructure, engineering, and Agile delivery teams.
