Role Description CTG is seeking a Solution Architect I to support our client’s technology initiatives. This role focuses on designing scalable solutions, driving observability architecture, and partnering with engineering teams to deliver reliable, enterprise-level technology solutions. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months The Solution Architect I will support solution architecture efforts by translating enterprise architecture strategies into actionable designs for platforms and applications. This role will focus on observability, telemetry, monitoring, and SRE-aligned practices while collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, infrastructure, engineering, and Agile delivery teams. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, or related technology disciplines. - Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong experience developing and integrating applications using architecture principles and patterns. - Experience with cybersecurity architecture, including IAM, cloud security, application security, network security, SIEM, and SOAR. - Experience developing enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance processes. - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with enterprise architecture tools and methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex technology environments and recommend strategic solutions. Preferred Qualifications - Graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. - Enterprise Architecture certification such as TOGAF or similar. - Cloud architecture certifications and experience with major cloud platforms. - Experience working in Agile environments. - Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries. - Experience supporting AI-enabled platforms, cybersecurity automation, and technology modernization initiatives. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
