• Work alongside a team of exceptional lawyers to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with. • Act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs, including capital raising (Seed, Series A, Series B, and beyond), sale and purchase of businesses, employee incentive schemes, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans and corporate governance, as well as all general commercial law matters. • Work predominantly on capital raising and M&A matters.

• Building and owning client relationships: You'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, acting as their trusted business adviser. Beyond delivering excellent legal work, you'll proactively identify opportunities to add value and help their businesses grow. • Advising across diverse industries and practice areas: Your clients will span tech, healthcare, SaaS, fintech, healthtech, NDIS and other cutting edge and emerging sectors. You'll draft, review and negotiate commercial and IT contracts, advise on intellectual property, licensing and partnership arrangements, and provide guidance on regulatory compliance, privacy law and consumer law matters. • Developing your team: You'll work with your Practice Leader to manage, mentor and train junior lawyers and graduates, helping them develop their technical skills and commercial judgment. • Conducting informative and engaging tours that highlight the unique features of the destination. • Providing guests with insights into local culture, history, and traditions, ensuring an immersive experience. • Adapting tours to cater to the interests and preferences of various group sizes and demographics. • Ensuring guest safety and comfort during excursions and providing exceptional customer service at all times. • Developing and maintaining relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders. • Preparing necessary materials, such as brochures or presentations, to enhance the tour experience. • Gathering and sharing guest feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our tours and services.
