• Conducting informative and engaging tours that highlight the unique features of the destination. • Providing guests with insights into local culture, history, and traditions, ensuring an immersive experience. • Adapting tours to cater to the interests and preferences of various group sizes and demographics. • Ensuring guest safety and comfort during excursions and providing exceptional customer service at all times. • Developing and maintaining relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders. • Preparing necessary materials, such as brochures or presentations, to enhance the tour experience. • Gathering and sharing guest feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our tours and services.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and French.
- Driving license (driving a van)
- Experience as a tour guide or in a relevant role within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of the local area, including history, culture, and attractions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage different groups effectively.
- Passion for travel and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
