Senior Full Stack Engineer
Echo360
Echo360 is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate high-impact features across the frontend and backend of our Echosystem. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer that builds with ownership, leads with influence, delivers with impact and who thrives in end-to-end ownership. Beyond technical excellence, you demonstrate a quality-first mindset through well-tested, well-documented code, CI/CD best practices, and thoughtful code reviews. You will contribute as a mentor and collaborator across teams, working with infrastructure engineers to manage application environments.
Job Requirements
- The Primary Responsibilities for this role include:
- Build and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript.
- Design and implement Node.js services and APIs with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong experience working with database technologies include Postgres, Redis, and MySQL.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure service reliability, observability, and performance in AWS and APM.
- Proven ability to collaborate with infrastructure teams in building and maintaining application infrastructure via Terraform and AWS.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, contribute to code reviews, and mentor peers.
- The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent)
- Expert level proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience with Postgres, MySQL, and Redis.
- Experience running production loads within AWS infrastructure while collaborating with SRE engineering
- Solid understanding of full stack architecture, performance, and monitoring.
- Quality first mindset through well tested code.
- Proven history of well documented code and support material to ensure knowledge sharing.
- CI/CD expertise.
- Proven experience with current agentic AI code development workflows (Codex experience is a plus).
- Bonus: Familiarity with Python, Scala, Backbone.
- Additional Job Details:
- This position is FULLY REMOTE; we will consider candidates who are located in many, but not all, states within the United States and have a preference for candidates in Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones. For US-based positions, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.
- The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $185,000 annually.
- Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
