• Own the development, management, and optimization of audience segments using the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) • Design and implement scalable processes and best practices for audience development and marketing automation • Lead platform configuration and integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity across systems and data sources • Serve as a strategic consultant to marketing partners, providing guidance on database marketing capabilities, segmentation logic, and historical insights • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure campaign data acquisition, extraction, and testing across proprietary and industry-standard platforms • Continuously evaluate and enhance campaign operational processes to improve efficiency, usability, and end-to-end performance • Oversee the transition of campaigns from legacy platforms to Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring continuity and data integrity
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- 8+ years of experience in audience segmentation
- 5+ years of experience in campaign development, audience segmentation, or marketing analytics
- Proven ability to lead complex data initiatives and manage multiple priorities independently
- Deep experience in developing audience strategies and automation workflows using campaign platforms
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases
- Strong documentation skills
- Passion for improving consumer experiences through data-driven marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a 'one team' mindset.
