Role Description - Writes code that adheres to Alliance’s principles of code readability and follows established standards. - Contributes to technical designs and attends design meetings as needed. - Develops and updates coding standards and practices. - Researches and applies findings to own code. - Evaluates, assesses, and corrects bugs with minimal to no oversight. - Uses tools as developed in applicable environments. - Troubleshoots issues reported related to previously assigned or non-complex items. - Performs complex coding and debugging of applications. - Writes instructions, manuals, and creates documentation for end-users when necessary. - Participates in code reviews and pull requests within and across teams, ensuring work adheres to established standards and practices. - Contributes to team objectives. - Proficient with programming languages and tools appropriate to the team and its projects. - Understanding of Object-Oriented Design concepts and development patterns. - Ability to plan, manage, and track own work. - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges; self-directed and highly motivated. - Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and processing information logically. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent years of experience. - 3+ years’ experience in software development in a business environment, including web development, web applications, and web services. - Experience creating and reviewing technical designs for large and complex features. - Experience conducting code reviews for performance, standards, and quality. - Experience with case management systems, financial management systems, and/or governmental database management systems is highly desirable. • Establish and maintain a strong presence in top game developer communities • Represent Xsolla at developer conferences, meetups, and industry events • Organize and participate in developer meetups, hackathons, and regional gatherings • Produce high-quality technical and inspirational materials, including: Articles, blog posts, and tutorials; Videos, webcasts, and looms; Social media stories, posts, and developer updates • Keep all content up to date and aligned with the latest product releases and best practices • Collaborate with Developer Marketing to amplify content reach and engagement • Act as a trusted liaison between developers and Xsolla’s Product/Technical teams • Gather, organize, and share feedback from the community to help improve product features and documentation • Identify opportunities for lighthouse integration cases and partner with internal teams to bring them to life • Track and report on: Reach and engagement of produced content; Community participation and growth; Developer satisfaction with materials and events • Use insights to refine outreach tactics and maximize impact

• Execute regional developer marketing strategies to build awareness, drive adoption, and foster engagement with Xsolla’s products among game developers. • Manage and execute regional developer marketing initiatives, including event participation, online campaigns, and community programs. • Partner with regional Developer Evangelists to promote lighthouse integration cases and success stories. • Coordinate Xsolla’s participation in major regional developer conferences and events. • Organize and promote regional hackathons, meetups, and community gatherings. • Collaborate with Developer Evangelists and the marketing team to produce articles, videos, social content, and newsletters. • Extend Xsolla’s presence into key regional game developer communities (online and offline), supporting community programs and partnerships.

• Be the technical owner of a domain or subsystem, ensuring safe and healthy evolution over time. • Ensure the domain operates with agreed SLOs (latency/errors/availability) and actively work to improve reliability. • Lead technical planning and execution for the domain: decomposition, dependencies, risks, implementation and validation. • Consistently raise the team's technical level: promote best practices, enforce thorough code review, provide references, documentation and standards. • Serve as an internal technical reference: support complex decisions, unblock discussions and reduce rework. • Lead incident response for your domain: mitigation, rigorous RCA and structured preventive actions.
