Senior Demand Generation and Growth Marketing Lead

Role Description auxi is a lean B2B SaaS company, and marketing here is full-stack by design. This role owns the growth engine end to end: - Paid demand generation - Marketing-automation systems that turn intent into pipeline - Content and SEO - The website that ties them together You'll be a player-coach: strategic enough to define the operating model, hands-on enough to build the campaign, harden the automation, and publish the page yourself. The defining trait we're hiring for is a marketing-operations backbone. Much of our pipeline runs through multi-step automations and manual handoffs that require tending to. The right person thinks in systems, learning loops, and single points of failure - not just creative and copy - and treats the reliability of the pipeline as a first-class deliverable. Qualifications - 5+ years owning growth outcomes in B2B SaaS across both paid demand gen and marketing operations - Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise - A system-builder mindset - Genuine paid demand-gen craft, especially on LinkedIn and account-based programs - High fluency across a modern martech stack - A creative-and-analytical hybrid - Working command of a CMS (Webflow strongly preferred) - Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a lean, fast-moving environment Requirements - Own the full-funnel growth engine end-to-end across paid, lifecycle, content, and web - Set the demand-generation strategy and testing roadmap - Own HubSpot as the system of record and the heart of the engine - Build and defend the intent-to-pipeline plumbing - Own and run the review-generation and lifecycle engines as repeatable systems - Engineer reliability into the automation layer - Drive a product-led content and SEO strategy - Treat the website as a growth surface, not a brochure - Build compounding measurement and learning loops across the full analytics stack - Lead cross-functional alignment and creative direction Benefits - Compensation package and performance-based bonus - Health Insurance - Unlimited Paid Time Off - Remote-work environment (You should be located in Boston or NY)

• Own and manage all paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and Reddit — from strategy through daily execution. • Maintain full ROAS accountability across every channel and campaign; proactively optimize bids, audiences, creatives, and landing page alignment to protect and improve return. • Manage budget pacing and reallocation across channels in real time — acting on performance signals without waiting to be asked, and documenting every reallocation decision. • Execute ABM-aligned paid campaigns that target defined account lists and personas across both MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions brands. • Maintain a live test roadmap at all times: document hypotheses, design structured A/B and multivariate experiments, execute cleanly, and scale what works. • Own the full testing lifecycle — from creative concept and audience segmentation through performance measurement and scaled deployment. • Continuously audit and improve campaign structure, keyword strategy, match types, negative lists, and Quality Scores across Google campaigns. • Identify and act on emerging paid channel opportunities and platform features before competitors do. • Deliver clear, weekly performance reports covering spend, ROAS, CPA, and incremental MQL volume by channel — with context and forward-looking recommendations, not just numbers. • Build and maintain live dashboards in Looker Studio (or equivalent) that give the Director of Marketing and leadership real-time visibility into paid performance. • Connect paid media performance to Salesforce pipeline data to track MQL-to-opportunity and MQL-to-close attribution by channel. • Surface competitive intelligence and market insights from paid data to inform broader marketing strategy. • Brief and collaborate with creative teams on ad assets, ensuring every piece of paid creative is built to convert within platform constraints and brand standards. • Use Adobe Creative Suite to make lightweight edits and adaptations to ad creative independently — resizing, copy adjustments, format variations — without requiring designer involvement for every iteration. • Ensure paid messaging and landing page experience are tightly aligned across both MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions, respecting distinct brand voices and buyer personas.
