Job Requirements

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Strong experience teaching English at a Secondary level.
  • Ideally hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
  • Must provide a current international police clearance for any periods spent working abroad within the last 5 years.
  • Powerful communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team.
  • Dynamic and adaptable, with a strong understanding of evidence-informed teaching strategies.
  • Confidence in using technology and adapting to a purpose-built "Learning Cloud."
  • Dedicated to continuous improvement and embracing feedback.
