• Maintain an active billable caseload including individual, couples, and family • Work with clients to develop individualized action plans focused on mental health, substance use and co-occurring symptoms. • Attend weekly individual clinical supervision, group clinical supervision and staff meetings. • Serve as part of the integrated services care team within VOAMASS to enhance client's experiences with a whole-person health approach. • Serve as part of the crisis team to ensure that clients are provided crisis intervention services, brief supportive psychotherapy, and timely assessments to triage and refer to providers based on acuity of need.
• Conduct treatability studies and validate products through pilot-scale jar tests, assisting in the selection of the most suitable product for treatment; • Provide specialized technical support to key sectors such as Pulp & Paper, Sanitation, and Industrial Processes, offering solutions to reported issues; • Share expertise in physical-chemical laboratory work and in the analysis of operational control parameters; • Adjust treatment processes to optimize material consumption (cost/benefit) without compromising quality, aiming to improve both quality and cost-efficiency; • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions or methods to mitigate environmental impact; • Accompany clients during maintenance activities such as tank cleaning, product changeovers, equipment repairs, infrastructure installation, etc.; • Align with commercial strategy to support technical sales of chemical products, building long-term professional relationships; • Handle non-conformance incidents and out-of-specification products, proposing corrective solutions; • Share knowledge of environmental legislation and regulations for the transportation of chemical products.
