1:1 ALN Teaching Assistant

• Supporting Students: Working with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. • Building Confidence: Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to help every child shine. • Positive Behaviour: Helping the teacher manage the classroom and promoting a calm, positive environment. • Encouraging Independence: Helping learners make progress and believe in themselves. • Teamwork: Collaborating with teachers, ALNCOs, and external pros to get the best outcomes for the children. • Safeguarding: Upholding the highest standards of pupil wellbeing.

Job Requirements

  • Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs
  • A calm, caring and flexible approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
  • Right to work in the UK and currently based here
