• Host two recruitment sessions per day, either group or one-on-one, via videoconference • Present the company Esallia and convey a professional, clear, and motivating image • Explain the offered position, work schedule, and conditions in detail • Answer candidates’ questions during the session • Quickly assess profiles to determine eligibility for the next stage of the process • Focus exclusively on leading the session, evaluating candidates, and updating the ATS

Job Requirements

  • Prior professional experience in recruitment is required
