• Engage with the clients to get their information on destination, flights, activities, and more. • Research the clients' destinations using our approved vendors. • Complete the booking process of flights, resorts, activities, car rentals, Theme Park tickets, and more following the company's protocol. • Provide exceptional detailed itineraries making things easier for the client. • Provide superb customer service to the clients before, during, and after, ensuring that they will become repeat clients.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer/laptop with reliable internet.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Attend trainings to keep up to date on the ever-changing travel industry.
- Must be trainable and coachable.
- Ability to work comfortably with minimal supervision.
- Personal travel experience considered a plus.
