• Contacta telefonic clientii și iniția activitățile de recuperare • Raporta / Investiga suspiciunile de fraudă identificate în activitatea zilnică • Colabora cu toate departamentele companiei în vederea atingerii obiectielor individuale, precum și pentru a rezolva cazurile întâlnite în activitatea de recuperare • Stabili prin negociere de termene scurte de plată, conform strategiei la nivel de departament • Gestiona portofoliului de clienți în condițiile și limitele de credit convenite
Job Requirements
- Diplomă de bacalaureat/licenta
- Experiența în sectorul financiar-bancar reprezinta un avantaj
- Experiență în domeniul recuperării creanțelor, analiză, antifraudă reprezinta un avantaj
- Cunoștințe în operarea P.C
- Foarte bune abilități de comunicare și negociere
- Perseverenta în atingerea obiectivelor individuale si la nivel de departament
- Dorinta de a-ti imbunatati continuu abilitatile
- Orientare către client
- Capacitatea de a lucra sub presiune
- Simț analitic și inițiativă în luarea rapidă și corectă a deciziilor în funcție de situațiile întâlnite
