Job Description

Product Coordinator

• Experience building or managing B2B SaaS products, ideally in restaurant tech, hospitality tech, POS, payroll, accounting, inventory, online ordering, loyalty, or payments. • Ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities. • Comfortable working directly with engineering, QA, design, sales, customer success, implementation, and support teams. • Strong enough technically to understand APIs, integrations, databases, mobile/web apps, and third-party systems without needing to code daily. • Educate customers on how to best use the product, troubleshoot initial issues, and resolve escalated support tickets. • Analyze market trends, track competitor offerings, and collect customer feedback to share with leaders and engineers. • Manage the production process and ensure that products are being manufactured on time and to specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product development/coordination
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Knowledge of product design, materials sourcing, and manufacturing processes
  • Able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understands restaurant operations beyond buzzwords: labor, food cost, menu management, refunds, voids, modifiers, kitchen flow, reporting, and franchise/multi-unit needs.

Ensure authorization is approved in a timeline manner by following up with insurers and providing additional information • Be responsible for handling multiple prior authorizations simultaneously and create process to ensure top of the line performance • Understand ABA- and other behavioral health-specific workflows, including creating treatment plans, re-authorization • Become a subject matter expert in behavioral health prior authorization workflows for large insurers • Work closely with Silna Product/Engineering teams to share learnings about the prior authorization process to help automate parts of it • Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders • Be willing to work 40 hours per week
