• Schedule and confirm patient appointments in a timely manner • Manage and update patient records and information • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers • Handle inquiries regarding scheduling • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures • Assist with administrative tasks as needed • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor • Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using scheduling software and electronic health records
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Customer service experience in a healthcare environment preferred

• Provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to patients via telemedicine • Conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for General Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder across all age spectrums • Manage psychopharmacological treatment for diagnosed conditions • Provide medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder • Support psychotherapy and motivational interviewing • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and medical professionals
• Provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to patients remotely through telemedicine • Conduct Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations for General Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder • Manage psychopharmacological treatments • Implement medication-assisted treatments for OUD • Offer supportive psychotherapy and motivational interviewing • Coordinate patient care among multidisciplinary teams • Complete validated rating scales and treatment plans
