• Build and maintain the core of our platform, including backend services in Node.js/TypeScript and PHP, as well as frontend interfaces in React. Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code. • Design and help implement our next-generation architecture, including migration from a monolithic PHP system to service-based systems that support scalability and flexibility. • Be a technical force within the team, shaping coding standards, reviewing designs, and influencing architectural decisions while mentoring teammates. • Work closely with top-tier engineers and business stakeholders to ensure engineering solutions directly contribute to the company’s profitability and operational excellence.

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript on the front-end, and Java or Python on the back-end • Build well-structured and scalable APIs to support front-end and back-end functionalities • Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of both client and server side applications • Work in a cross-functional squad (FE, BE, QA Engineers, Product Manager, Designer) • Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure software reliability • Optimize applications for performance and security • Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure seamless user experiences

• Lead the implementation of robust frontend modules and micro-frontends for our internal platform. • Design and maintain backend architecture and logic using Node.js, Express and MySQL. • Participate in system design discussions and technical decision making. • Propose and implement improvements across the stack with a focus on performance and scalability. • Ensure code quality by following best practices, performing code reviews and creating automated tests. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Operations teams to understand and solve real user problems. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
