AI Copy Lead

• Craft exceptional copy for product launches, feature announcements, pricing & packaging, and campaigns across all channels (web, email, in-app, social, and more). • Write like a human for fellow humans. You can explain groundbreaking tech without sounding like you're explaining groundbreaking tech. • Own tight iteration loops with PMM, Content, Creative, and Web teams: write drafts, incorporate feedback quickly, and maintain version control in Docs/tasks until final. • Use qualitative and performance inputs to validate and refine messaging (user feedback, internal reviews, and post-launch learnings). • Operationalize learnings into scalable workflows: templates, prompt libraries, and Super Agent workflows that help the broader marketing org draft, QA, and update high performing copy faster while staying on brand.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience writing high-performing copy for SaaS, tech, or product marketing (portfolio required).
- Deep understanding of software and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated excitement and confidence in leveraging AI to enhance writing and workflows.
- Experience building or managing AI-driven tools, agents, or automations.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Creative, hungry, and always pushing for the next level of excellence.
