Team Coordinator

• Coordinate, assist, and manage team tasks • Maintain an agenda and keeping meeting minutes • Approx 5 to 10 conference calls/virtual meetings per week • Daily attention to all email correspondence • Building and managing daily calendar appointments • Maintain company contact database • Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data • May perform additional projects upon request
