Office Assistant
Nextgen Real Estate
• Provide administrative support to the team, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents • Answer and direct incoming calls and messages in a professional manner • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records • Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings and conference calls • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed • Manage and update company databases and systems • Handle confidential information with discretion • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
