• Conduct fun & effective treatment sessions • Create safe & positive environments conducive to learning & appropriate to the maturity & interest of patients • Consistently present as reliable • Maintain punctual schedules • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the patient's plan of care in order to conduct treatment consistent with patient goals & objectives • Collect & document accurate data • Are collaborative with peers • Establish professional relationships with patients & their family • Are communicative with supervising OT

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to develop appropriate patient POC • Train and support SLPAs on effective treatment methodologies • Create safe & positive environments conducive to learning & appropriate to the maturity & interest of patients • Collect & document accurate data • Collaborate with peers • Communicate with supervising SLP • Provide co-treatment sessions with other disciplines • Provide telehealth services

• work on ADLs right from the patient's home • handle a caseload consisting predominantly of children with developmental disabilities and Autism • work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of OT, speech & behavioral therapy
