Education Coordinator

• Evaluate diagnostic testing to assess new students' academic readiness and recommend appropriate course selections • Guide new students and their families through onboarding and developing comprehensive graduation plans • Monitor academic progress using grade reports and other evaluation tools, providing regular updates to students and parents • Advise students on academic management, motivation, and engagement strategies as needed • Research and implement strategies to enhance student academic experiences • Drive student retention efforts by promoting re-enrollment initiatives • Manage administrative tasks related to student registration and record maintenance, including document preparation (e.g., transcripts, enrollment reports, official letters) • Collaborate with school districts to identify and fulfill needs-based services that support student success • Develop process improvements and training documentation to enhance operational efficiency • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education and at least 1-2 years related experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Professional and engaging phone presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess and understand individual student and family educational needs while balancing a big-picture perspective with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to new technology, demonstrating strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities while maintaining accurate, well-organized records
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and schools to support academic success
- Dedicated to providing customer-focused, student-centered experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic online environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
