• As a guide, you’ll lead small groups (2 –12 travelers) on 2-3 week tour India. • Lead and Inspire: Be the leader of your group, offering clear information about each destination, sharing your enthusiasm for India's fascinating culture, and creating joyful, memorable experiences for travelers. • Plan and Prepare: Be well-organized, know your daily itinerary, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Always be ready with a Plan B to adapt to unexpected situations. • Participate in training sessions and pre-tour briefings to stay fully prepared. • Support and Communicate: Assist travelers with their questions and provide excellent customer service, even in challenging situations. • Ensure Safety and Quality: Prioritize traveler safety and ensure our partners meet our quality, safety, and sustainability standards. • Handle Emergencies: Respond to challenges effectively, staying calm under stress and following established procedures.

• Serve as PURAVENTURA host, day-to-day guide, interpreter, and manager to a group of Senior travellers (small size 06-12 people) on a 02-03 weeks all-country trip. • Provide leadership for our travellers and be responsible for their well-being, ensuring their safety and operating a smooth tour. • Maintain the established travel itinerary as closely as possible, making changes only when necessary. • Keep calm even when it gets stressful, act according to the protocol in special circumstances, and provide flexible solutions on your own. • Make sure that the services delivered by our partners meet our quality, safety, and sustainable standards. • Keep track of everyday spending, save receipts, and keep expenses under the specified trip budget. • Treat clients as friends and ensure their trip is the best experience they can have. • Simply having a good time and sharing it with people from French-speaking countries.
