• Provide customer and technical support, including troubleshooting and installation/deployment assistance for engineers • Resolve inquiries efficiently by following support procedures, escalating complex issues to Level 2 when needed • Maintain data privacy and security compliance while collaborating effectively with customers, engineers, and internal teams
